Free trial is open to new members and those new to the sport or returning after a period of being out of the sport. Visitors from other clubs are always welcome at a cost of £6 per session.

    For club members, these sessions run on the last Wednesday of each calendar month and open to all members (unless specified). Classes run the last Wednesday of each month 7pm to 8.30pm at Ashton Vale.
