• Join us for 50 x 3min fights of ne-waza randori (groundwork randori) longer fights if you/your partner wishes.
• All profit raised will go towards new crash mats for Bedminster Judokwai.
• This is a FUN night open to all aged 8+ (5-7 year olds can attend at coaches discretion).
• All participants must have in date British Judo membership and non Bedminster Judokwai members must bring this on the night.
• Juniors must have adult supervision and be sensible while taking part.
• Participants can arrive and leave at a time that suits (it will be your responsibility to warm-up).
• Participants can get on the mat from 5.15pm to warm-up as ne-waza randori will start at 5.30pm.
• Places must be booked and paid in advance.
