About the Event
Exact session times to be confirmed.
Primarily preparation for Dragons Academy competition on 3 October 2026. However it will still be beneficial for all other competition squad members
High intensity preparation session as competition is first level 3 for many of you
Ensure kits are correct size (if not already)
Ensure all competitors aware of group, weight category etc - all attendees will be weighed
Ensure all competitors aware of any rule changes that affect them
